Digital Products Purchasing Policy

1. About This Policy

This policy applies to all digital products sold on Crystal Hearts® Press, including individual e-books, Press subscriptions, and any digital audio or session content. All products are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. What We Sell

• Individual e-books — a one-time purchase granting a perpetual, personal reading licence for a single book.
• Press subscriptions — a recurring plan granting time-limited reading access to subscription-eligible books for as long as the subscription is active.
• Digital audio & sessions — meditation, hypnosis and wellness content delivered as online digital audio.

3. Pricing & Currency

• All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK VAT where required.
• The price displayed at checkout is the total amount charged. We do not add separate delivery fees — digital products incur no shipping cost.
• Prices may change at any time; the price in effect at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Delivery & Access

• Digital products are delivered electronically and accessed online through your Crystal Hearts® Press account immediately after payment confirmation.
• No physical goods are shipped. There is no shipping address or physical delivery.
• You must be logged in to access your purchases. Each book purchase appears in your library and remains readable permanently.

5. Refunds for Digital Products

• Because digital products are delivered and accessible immediately, all purchases are non-refundable once the content has been accessed.
• A free preview is available for every book before purchase, so you can sample the content before buying.
• If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, contact us at info@crystalheartpress.com within 7 days of purchase and we will restore access or issue a refund at our discretion.
• Accidental purchases, change of mind, or failure to read the description are not grounds for a refund.
• These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

6. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period.
• Access to subscription-eligible content ends when your subscription lapses. Permanently purchased books remain yours regardless of subscription status.
• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.

7. Licence & Usage

Every purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence. You may not lend, share, resell, redistribute, scrape, or transfer access to any digital product. Account credentials may not be shared. Full licence terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

8. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and are never stored by Crystal Hearts® Press.
